Campaigning for change

The experience of Citizens Advice Bureaux gives a unique, fresh insight into the problems facing the community. At Wiltshire Citizens Advice we collect evidence of our clients' problems and use this to campaign to improve the law and services that affect ordinary people. We:

•  speak up for clients
•  raise issues brought into the bureau
•  contribute to public debate
• inform legislation.

We do this by:

•  working with local agencies
•  talking to government, local councils and other policy makers.
